If you've been keeping up with the cutest romance story of the season, you’ve probably noticed that You and I Are Polar Opposites is officially back on our screens. The second season is currently streaming on Crunchyroll, and honestly, the show is hitting all the right notes. To celebrate the latest episodes, the production team just dropped the creditless version of the new ending sequence, and it is a total vibe.

Set to the track "Unmei no Kimi" by Mega Shinnosuke, the animation features our favorite pair, Suzuki and Tani, taking to the skies. It’s light, breezy, and perfectly captures that butterfly-inducing feeling of a new crush. If you want to put the song on repeat—which you definitely will—the digital single officially dropped back on July 8 and is available to stream on all major platforms.

The Team Behind the Magic

For those curious about who is putting this gem together, the anime is being brought to life by the talented team at Studio Lapin Track. The project is directed by Takakazu Nagatomo, known for his work on SHOSHIMIN: How to become Ordinary. The series composition is handled by Teruko Utsumi, who previously worked on the visually stunning Sarazanmai, with character designs by Mako Miyako and a cool, laid-back score provided by tofubeats.

Opposites Attract—Or Do They?

If you haven’t jumped into the series yet, here’s the quick breakdown: the story centers on Suzuki, a high schooler who is as bubbly and social as they come. She spends her days trying to navigate the social scene, all while harboring a massive crush on her classmate, Tani. The problem? Tani is the polar opposite of her. He’s stoic, quiet, and completely unbothered by what his peers think.

It’s the classic "will they, won't they" dynamic, but with so much heart. Watching Suzuki try to manage her nerves while interacting with the cool-as-a-cucumber Tani is pure gold. Can they actually bridge that gap, or are they just too different to make it work? You’ll have to watch to find out!
