If you’ve been following the career of Hina Aoki, you know she’s way more than just a talented voice actor. Best known for bringing Rana Kaname to life in BanG Dream! It's MyGO!!!!!, she has been quietly building an impressive musical repertoire since her solo debut back in March 2023. Now, she’s back to show off her creative side once again.

Aoki just dropped the official music video for "Hazukashinagara Odorasete Itadakimasu"—which translates to a charmingly bashful "A little embarrassing, but I’m going to dance"—on her YouTube channel. It’s a catchy follow-up to her May release, "Howling," and honestly, it’s giving us all the right vibes. What makes her music extra special? She isn’t just the face of the tracks; she writes the lyrics and composes the music herself, keeping her personal artistic thumbprint on every single release.

What to Expect from BLAZE

This latest video is a sneak peek at her very first mini-album, BLAZE, which hits shelves in Japan on July 22. With seven tracks packed into this release, it’s shaping up to be a must-listen for her fans. The album is stacked with high-profile tracks, including "World's End Trigger," the energetic second opening theme for CARDFIGHT!! VANGUARD Divinez.

She’s also included "Ephemeral," which fans might recognize as the ending theme for the summer 2026 anime Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance. Aoki is busy on that front too, lending her voice to the character Yuzu Kodera. If you’re impatient for the full album, you can already stream "Ephemeral," which dropped as an advance digital single on July 15.
